April 19, 6:30pm. Jim Hillman and John Murphy, Authors of Greenwood

Authors Jim Hillman, longtime Greenwood resident, and John Murphy explore Greenwood's distinctive past through more than 200 rare, seldom-seen images, many from the Johnson County Museum of History. Hillman and Murphy previously collaborated on two Images of America series books from Arcadia Publishing: Indianapolis Social Clubs (2009) and Indiana's Catholic Religious Communities (2009).

During their appearance, Jim and John will discuss how they became involved in local historical research, some of the problems they have encountered, and general information about Greenwood. A trivia challenge will also take place, giving participants an opportunity to show their knowledge of Greenwood. The winner will receive an autographed copy of Greenwood.
