Paper Towns by John Green
Emily's Comments: Quentin Jacobson has been in love with his neighbor Margo Roth Spiegelman since they were kids. In high school, he admired her from afar until one night she knocks at his bedroom window needing a driver for a night of mischief and revenge. Thinking their friendship had changed after the midnight adventure and life would be different during the last few weeks of his high school career, Quentin is surprised when Margo doesn’t show up for classes the next day. When it becomes clear that Margo has once again run away from home, Quentin begins the life-altering journey of finding his friend and himself. With his classic humor and insight, John Green relays the frustrations and fears of growing up and navigating the awkward teenage years. Just like his other novels, Paper Towns was a blast to read, and I would recommend the book to both teens and adults. Check Status at GPL
