Kendra's Comments: I like to get lost in mysteries without having to think too much. This particular crime fiction book required a bit more attention. Alex Delaware is a successful psychologist who occasionally helps the local police department in Los Angeles solve cases by interviewing victims, working up suspect profiles and occasionally tagging along on busts. This particular case involves a suspect using fancy cars to lure his victims and take out revenge in gruesome ways. While the plot was dense enough to keep me listening, I really am not much into cars or gory details. For those that are into cars, this would probably be a really fun read. I might read or listen to another Alex Delaware book because I did like the psychological mapping stuff when they were working up a victim profile, but I’ll wait a while. This could be a good series for anyone who really likes James Patterson, it had the same appeal to me as his books do. Check Status at GPL
