Learn how to go green at GPL!

The farmers market is now going strong at GPL every Saturday morning from 8am-1pm. Greenwood Public Library has many resources for those wishing to improve their impact on the environment.

If you are thinking of starting a garden, we have a ton of terrific books and magazines and subject guides to help you get started. A surprising amount of produce and herbs can be grown using containers or small plots of land.

If you want to learn about ways to conserve energy, we have a number of resources as well. Stop in today and talk to a librarian.

Check out this week's podcast and respond here with a comment. Let us know how you "go green!"
